Purpose:
The purpose of this procedure is to enable the review of Separate Documents, such as but not limited to, right-of-way dedications, drainage easements, bus pad easements, pedestrian access easements, ingress/egress access easements, utility easements, traffic control easements, roadway easements, and BLM grants.
Submittal Process:
Send an e-mail to ccpwmapteam@ClarkCountyNV.gov and attach each of the required documents based on the Separate Document Submittal Checklist (see link above). If the provided documents meet submittal requirements, the Map Team will schedule a date for the submittal to be processed and for fees to be paid.
NOTE: All required documents must be attached as a separate PDF for each document.
NOTE: One fee/application per project.
Review Process:
Within 30+/- working days from acceptance, the Map Team will begin their review and the applicant will be contacted with any necessary redline corrections, deeds for the owner's signature, or any other applicable information that is necessary to obtain required approval for the project.

To submit an Extension of Time, e-mail the following items to ccpwmapteam@ClarkCountyNV.gov:
- Application
- Expiration date
NOTE: An application to extend a separate document shall be submitted before the date it is due to expire, or the last working day prior to the expiration.
