Development Review, Construction Management/Inspections and the Map Team are responsible for technical engineering and survey services for the planning and design of developers' off-site improvements and subdivision mapping to ensure the project is built to County Code. We review plans, issues permits, create lots and inspect the construction of developer-funded roadways, drainage and traffic control improvements.

We work closely with other County departments including Comprehensive Planning and Department of Building & Fire Prevention as well as other public agencies such as the Regional Transportation Commission, Regional Flood Control District, the Nevada Department of Transportation and public utilities in the technical study, improvement plan review, and the subdivision mapping process.
