Animal Protection Services promotes responsible pet ownership by necessitating public safety, animal safety, rabies control, and compliance with all Clark County Title 10 Ordinance requirements through education, service and enforcement. We partner with and support valley-wide, animal-care, nonprofit organizations and community groups to assist in meeting community needs related to animal welfare. Noise complaints cannot be made anonymously. If you provide your name or other personal information it may be disclosed, even if you request to remain anonymous. All information collected by this agency is made available to the public as mandated by the Public Records Act.
