The Clark County Marriage License Bureau is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to midnight PST. All services are walk-in only; you do NOT need an appointment. Couples must fill out the online marriage license application ahead of time to reduce time in the lobby.

  • For couples obtaining a marriage license, you must apply online before visiting our office. As well, please note that:
    • Both people must be in attendance;
    • Both people must have government ID ready and available to present; and
    • A marriage license is good for one year; no refunds will be issued.
  • If you have a temperature over 99.9 degrees or have experienced symptoms of illness in the last 24 hours, please stay home.
  • You may want to come prepared with appropriate attire, water to drink and an umbrella for shade (depending on weather) as the line may be outside.
