Sanctions

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that any sanction payments made must be specifically owed to the Clark County Law Library. We cannot accept payments for other court case related fees, sanctions or traffic citations. Please also ensure that you are not making a duplicate sanction payment, as refunds for any payments made in error may take a minimum of one month to process.

Court-ordered or ADR sanctions can be paid in-person at the Clark County Law Library via cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. You may also mail a check to us, made payable to “Clark County Law Library”.

For your convenience, a link to our online payment portal can be emailed to you, upon request, by calling the Reference Desk at (702) 455-4696. Please include the case number with your payment to ensure that it is credited correctly. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for online sanction payments.

All online payments will be subject to an additional fee of 2.65% per transaction.
