Coercion and Intimidation
Persons must not intimidate, threaten or coerce any other person: for registering or voting; for urging or aiding persons in registering or voting; for purposes of interfering or influencing how a person chooses to vote or not vote; or for purposes of preventing a person from voting.

False Information
Persons must not submit false information as to name, address or period of residence in a voting district for the purpose of establishing eligibility to register or vote in any election that includes a federal candidate.

Non-Citizens
Persons must not make any false statement or claim that they are citizens of the United States in order to register or vote in any Federal, State, or local election. Penalties include fines and imprisonment.

Additionally, persons who are not U.S. citizens who unlawfully register to vote or unlawfully vote are subject to a variety of serious immigration consequences, such as:
Payment
Persons Must Not Pay, Offer To Pay Or Accept Payment For Voting, Registering To Vote, Withholding Their Vote, Or Voting For Or Against Any Candidate In Any Election That Includes A Federal Candidate.

Prohibited Acts of Field Registrars, Clerks, Employees of Voter Registration Agencies or Persons Assisting Voters:A county clerk, field registrar, employee of a voter registration agency, or person assisting a voter in completing an Application pursuant to NRS 293.5235(13) who commits any of the acts below is guilty of a felony (NRS 293.505(15)) and is subject to a civil penalty of up to $20,000 in addition to any criminal penalties (NRS 293.840).
Refuses to register a person on account of that person’s political party affiliation

Retains the actual Application and fails to enter to his or her name on the receipt retained by the voter upon completion of the form (this additionally applies to anyone who provides a Registration Application to electors for the purpose of registering to vote)

Misrepresentation
Holding oneself out to be a field registrar or performing the duties of a field registrar, without proper appointment as a field registrar, is a felony subject to a civil penalty of up to $20,000 in addition to any criminal penalties.

Alteration, Defacement or Destruction of a Voter Registration Application
Willfully altering, defacing or destroying an Application after it has been signed by an applicant, except to make changes at the applicant's request, is a felony subject to a civil penalty of up to $20,000 in addition to any criminal penalties.

Assisting a Voter and Willfully Failing to Complete Section 13 of the Application
A person who assists another complete a Voter Registration Application and willfully fails to include his or her mailing address and signature in section 13 of the Application is guilty of felony and is subject to a civil penalty of up to $20,000 in addition to any criminal penalties.

Failure to Provide Voter Registration Applications Because of Party Affiliation
Refusing to make available an Application to a person because of his or her political party affiliation is a felony and subject to a civil penalty of up to $20,000 in addition to any criminal penalties.

Delayed Delivery (More than 10 Days) of a Voter Registration Application
Willfully submitting an Application to the Clark County Registrar of Voters more than 10 days after it is completed is a felony subject to a civil penalty of up to $20,000 in addition to any criminal penalties.

Unqualified Applicants
Knowingly inducing, aiding or abetting an unqualified applicant in trying to register or actually registering to vote is a felony subject to a civil penalty of up to $20,000 in addition to any criminal penalties.

Falsification
A person who knowingly falsifies or causes falsification of a Voter Registration Application, or knowingly gives money or other compensation to another for a falsified Application is guilty of a felony and subject to a civil penalty of up to $20,000 in addition to any criminal penalties.

Payment
Providing compensation for registering voters based upon (a) the total number of voters a person registers or (b) the total number of voters a person registers in a particular political party, is a felony subject to a civil penalty of up to $20,000 in addition to any criminal penalties.
