If you need to obtain a Demand for Payoff please fill out the form listed below or fax your request to 702-455-2080. Only payments for liens that have been recorded in the current fiscal year may be accepted and processed through this office.

Payment must be made by personal check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to Clark County Public Response Office. Please write the case number on the check or money order.

For Liens that have been placed on the Tax Roll you will need to contact the Clark County Treasurer 702-455-4323.  If you have further inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact our office 702-455-4191.
